About

ByLine is a desk for independent authors. Write short stories, articles, books, and journal pages. Keep them private, share them with the writers who have signed in, or publish them for everyone.

The old site never left the concept stage. This app is the rebuild: accounts, a library, privacy, and a monthly contest board. Friends and direct messages are sketched in and not open yet.

The quill and the wordmark come from the June 2023 art. The reading room around them is new.
